endings and beginings forever is a moving image work that reckons with the temporalities and affects generated by urban planning in glasgow and its ever failing mythologies of the future.  

the films protagonist is an abandoned public sculpture in glasgow green, the time spiral, that approximates a neolithic stone monument to construct a narrative around glasgows civic timeline.

a speculative history traces the stones to the neighbouring waters of the clyde, where the river's erratic movements become a more accurate monument of the future;  an archive that has no beginning or end, reaching beyond the impasses of the present.
